ONLINE RETURNS / REFUNDS /EXCHANGE/WARRANTY POLICIES

ONLINE REFUNDS-
Thank You for shopping at Alpine Ski & Sports. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. You have 14 DAYS to return an item from the date it was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all it’s parts and all tags still attached. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will initiate a refund on all approved items to your credit card within 24 hrs. You will receive the credit on your card based on your card issuer’s policies.

ONLINE RETURNS-
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping method (if any incurred) will be deducted from your refund. ANY RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
*We apologize for the inconvenience but ski’s with bindings mounted on them cannot be returned.
*A $30 re-boxing fee charged for products not returned in original manufacturers packaging.
*All ski boots are non-returnable. Please see our website details or call us for accurate sizing.

ONLINE EXCHANGE-
The best way to exchange your new and unused item is to place a new order for that item. This will ensure you receive your new item and reduce the risk of it selling out. You will then initiate a return of your original purchase within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned to us new, unused and in the same condition you purchased it (minus any shipping charges if incurred) once we receive it.

WARRANTIES-
Should your item have a defect Alpine Ski & Sports will initiate and execute a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to Alpine Ski & Sports or direct to the manufacturer. Damage due to improper use or abuse is not covered under warranty. All decisions on warranty claims are made solely by the manufacturer. Alpine Ski & Sports strictly adheres to & enforces the manufactures decision.
